As the Turku Experiment continues, the last five days have been pivotal in shaping both the artistic work and the future vision for the area.
The first three days of the REVIVE live experiment in Turku, Finland, have laid a strong foundation for our intensive two-week project, designed to explore creative placemaking and community engagement.
Revive project continues to prepare for it’s second live experiment in Turku, Finland by hosting another two bootacmps with the goal to revitalize the neglected Varvintori area in Turku.
With over 50 participants from partner and non-partner countries, the seminar provided valuable insights into how video mapping and animation can enhance community engagement, especially in the context of cultural heritage.
We are now looking for young talents to become part of creative teams for live experiments taking place next year in Italy from 30th of March until 12th of April and Romania from 10th until 25th of May 2025.

As the second half of the REVIVE live experiment in Tržič progressed, the overall energy of creativity and innovation continued to build, leading up to a series of significant milestones and culminating events.
The REVIVE project is off to an exceptional start, with the initial experiment already proving successful from day one.
Only a few days is left till the arrival of 14 young academics from Slovenia, Romania, Spain, Croatia, Italy and Finland to Tržič, Slovenia.
Starting June 30th, Tržič will host an exciting live experiment, aimed at revitalizing the historic courtyard of the Tržič Museum. Over a period of two weeks, 14 young talents from six european countries will work together in this charming Slovenian town to collaborate on innovative ideas that breathe new life into this cultural landmark.
A team of researchers from UCAM Universidad Católica de Murcia, Spain, made up of 3 architects, 1 artistic director and 1 anthropologist, was in charge of creating a methodology whose implementation was capable of achieving this ambitious purpose..
